Amon Amarth
This year’s Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival has a pretty piss poor lineup. I keep wondering when Kevin Lyman’s going to follow the Coachella folks’ lead and start reuniting some classic metal acts, like Sepultura.
Perhaps the only reason to attend is Amon Amarth. Unfortunately, Amon Amarth’s off-date schedule doesn’t include a stop in or anywhere near Manhattan, so I just have to fucking buck up and decide: To Mayhem or not to Mayhem.
If I go, I’ll try to score tickets to Hartford.
Anyways, Amon Amarth and Children Of Bodom & Amon Amarth will team up for a number of off-date gigs.
A list of them follows at the end of this post.
Some of the shows even feature other bands from the bill, like Behemoth…the only other reason I would attend this year’s fest.
